The Flu Season, 2005-06 Season |
Gary Norman is in his third season with Theatre Vertigo. He first appeared as Baz in Tony Kushner's A Bright Room Called Day. Last season he played Doctor in The Flu Season by Will Eno and joined most of the company in Like I Say by Len Jenkins. Gary was most recently seen in Vertigo's production of Valparaiso. Prior to that, he appeared in Stark Raving Theatre's Cold Comedy Concoction II, where he played a severed head, a bear, and a pickle… an Irish pirate pickle. In addition to acting, his talents behind the scenes include: costume design, hair and make-up, sound, and set design. Originally from Virginia, Gary has called Portland home for 11 years, and is “overjoyed to be the hell out of the South.”
