Your Theatre Vertigo Tickets will appear on your Credit Card Statment as PayPal PDX Tix
- Order Tickets online from www.theatrevertigo.org and pay using PayPal’s secure servers.
- When your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a confirmation number for each reservation.
- Bring your confirmation number to the theatre – please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain.

Season Ticket Holders
Season Ticket Holders should call 503.306.0870 for any questions or to reserve tickets for a specific performance.
Group Discounts
Group ticket pricing is available for most performances. Please call 503.306.0870 for more information.
Student and Senior Discounts
Student and Senior discounts are not available for online ticket purchases.
Performance Start Times
We strive to begin each performance at the scheduled time – please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes early so you have time to pick up your tickets, grab some refreshments and find a seat before the show starts.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non refundable. Tickets for one play can be exchanged for any other performance of the same play up to 24 hours before the performance time of the purchased ticket by calling 503.306.0870. When calling, please indicate your confirmation number, original performance date and requested performance date. Some restrictions may apply in the case of special events or sold out performances.
Tickets purchased for “Pay What You Will” can only be exchanged for other “Pay What You Will” performances.
Tickets purchased for one play can not be exchanged for performances of any
other play.
Tickets purchased online are transferrable, but tickets can not be resold.
Box Office Closure
Please make all reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Online ticket sales cease 24 hours before the curtain for each performance. Reservations made over the phone cannot be guaranteed after this time. We do set aside a number of tickets for walk-ins, but cannot guarantee seats for anyone without a confirmed reservation.
“Pay What You Will”
Online pricing for “Pay What You Will” performances is 50% off the normal admission.
Service Fee
At this time, Theatre Vertigo does not charge a service fee for online ticket sales.
Changes to policy
Theatre Vertigo reserves the right to change any ticket policies at any time without notice.
